About Camali Clinic
Camali Clinic is a multidisciplinary outpatient mental health facility located in Dubai, UAE. The clinic operates two branches and a joint venture, offering compassionate, evidence-based care to both children and adults with mental health challenges.
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-focused and highly organized Clinic Administrator to support our team. The administrator will be responsible for managing communication between healthcare providers, patients, and insurance companies to efficiently process insurance claims. This role demands familiarity with administrative duties, insurance protocols, strong communication abilities, and skilled navigation of complex insurance systems.
Main Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming patient calls and inquiries.
- Manage messaging with patients through phone and WhatsApp, ensuring prompt and accurate replies.
- Process insurance pre-approvals and coordinate directly with insurance providers as necessary.
- Oversee billing tasks including invoicing and following up on payments.
- Provide accurate information to patients about clinic services and appointments.
- Coordinate internal patient referrals and liaise effectively with relevant departments.
- Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all communications and transactions.
- Communicate with insurance companies to resolve claim-related issues.
- Work closely with clinicians to collect necessary documentation for submitting insurance claims.
Required Skills and Experience
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience working in a clinic or hospital environment.
- Understanding of insurance procedures, pre-authorization, and billing processes.
- Reception management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and medical record software.
- Ability to maintain office procedures including requisitions and filing systems.
- Previous relevant experience in a similar administrative role within healthcare settings.
