Role Overview

The Client Relationship Manager will support the sales function while managing a defined portfolio made up mainly of Bronze clients. Responsibilities

  • Own and manage a portfolio of Bronze clients as the main day-to-day contact.
  • Build and update account development plans for Bronze clients, spotting opportunities to expand relationships and progress accounts.
  • Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and consistent follow-up.
  • Take responsibility for allocated projects and keep delivery on track with timely updates.
  • Prepare proposals for Account Directors and Senior Client Relationship Managers, including coordinating internal costings with the relevant teams.
  • Serve as the main contact for the delivery team.
  • Support Account Directors and Senior Client Relationship Managers with proposal preparation, pricing assistance, and client documentation.
  • Help with new business administration, including booking management and tracking activity.
  • Assist with pipeline management by following up pending approvals and client replies.
  • Raise and track invoices and purchase orders in line with company procedures.
  • Follow up outstanding purchase orders, invoices, and other financial items to keep work moving.
  • Keep client and project information accurate and up to date in internal systems.
  • Provide clear briefs to Operations, Digital, and Legal teams so projects run smoothly.
  • Act as the coordination hub between sales, operations, digital, and legal teams for assigned work.
  • Make sure projects are delivered in line with regulatory standards, company processes, and client expectations.
  • Maintain a consistently high level of accuracy, detail, and compliance across all client and project activity.
  • Ensure handovers and documentation are complete at each stage of the client lifecycle.
  • Contribute to improving sales support processes and day-to-day ways of working.
