About the Role
We are seeking an accomplished Client Development Manager to join a prominent organisation based in South Dublin, offering hybrid work arrangements. The position entails partnering directly with C-suite executives, Chief People Officers, and Heads of Learning & Development to provide customised leadership and executive development programs. The role is strategic and consultative, focusing on addressing sophisticated organisational challenges through tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within target markets.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders including senior decision-makers.
- Lead the end-to-end sales process from initial prospecting and proposal drafting to negotiating terms and managing ongoing accounts.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in B2B consultative business development or account management, preferably involving complex, high-value offerings to senior executives.
- Strong commercial insight and proven negotiation skills.
- Exceptional communication abilities and confidence engaging with executives at the highest level.
- Familiarity with leadership development, consulting, organisational development, HR, or learning solutions is advantageous.
- Possession of a full, clean driving license is mandatory.
Additional Information
The role offers a competitive salary in the range of €75,000 to €80,000 per annum, dependent on experience. The position is based primarily onsite in South Dublin with some hybrid working flexibility.
