Client Acquisition Associate (Work From Home)

Overview

Epicsphere Publications specializes in scholarly publishing support, guiding researchers and academicians through journal selection, manuscript submission, and publication assistance. We are currently seeking a Client Acquisition Associate to engage prospective authors, manage client relations, and facilitate the publishing journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage proactively with current clients to secure ongoing business opportunities.
• Negotiate with clients to achieve optimal service rates.
• Supervise quality assurance processes for various documents including research papers, reviews, and books.
• Keep clients informed about newly introduced service offerings regularly.
• Lead and oversee a team of customer support representatives.
• Identify client challenges and deliver customized, effective solutions.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of relevant experience is mandatory.
• Completion of a bachelor's degree in any field is required; postgraduate qualifications are preferred.
• Proficient communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Basic computer literacy is expected.

Additional Information

• Location: Remote position (work from home) based in Kozhikode, Kerala, India.
• Immediate joining preferred.
• Salary Range: 2,100,000 to 2,120,000 INR annually.
