About the Role
This position involves verifying numerical figures, postings, and documentation for accuracy, correctness, and proper coding. You will organize, safeguard, and maintain all financial files, records, cash, and equivalents according to company policies. Handling computerized financial data, you will record, access, analyze, and maintain precise electronic spreadsheets related to accounting and finance.
Key duties also include classifying, coding, and summarizing financial data to maintain comprehensive financial records using journals, ledgers, or computer software. You will assist in preparing, managing, and distributing various financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports and tables. Completing period-end closing reports and procedures is a critical part of the role, along with preparing, reviewing, reconciling, and issuing invoices, bills, and account statements as per company guidelines.

- Adhere strictly to all organizational policies and procedures.
- Maintain a clean, professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Safeguard company assets and protect the privacy and security of both guests and coworkers.
- Attend to guests' service needs professionally, promptly, and courteously.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in person, by telephone, or email, ensuring accuracy in written documents.
- Physically handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds without help.
- Foster positive working relationships within the team to achieve shared goals and respond constructively to colleagues' concerns.
- Perform other reasonable tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum education of high school diploma or equivalent GED.
- At least one year of relevant work experience in accounting or finance.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No licenses or certifications required.
