Working pattern

What you will do

You will be responsible for cleaning all areas of the pub carefully and regularly, helping create a better experience for guests through high standards of hygiene and presentation.

Cleaning duties

Keep customer areas, toilets, the bar, kitchen, staff spaces, and outdoor areas clean.
Carry out daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning tasks in line with standard procedures.
Use cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly.
Track cleaning stock and alert the manager when supplies need replenishing.
Report maintenance concerns and pest-control issues to the manager on duty.
Greet guests politely and use courteous phrases such as “thank you” and “goodbye.”
Take part in induction, role-related, and refresher training, while supporting ongoing improvement.
