About the Role
Maid to Clean is seeking dedicated cleaners ready to begin immediately. Our company holds the distinction as Melbourne's top-rated cleaning service on Google and Product Review, admired by customers and staff alike, with a 92% team satisfaction rate. We primarily provide cleaning services for residential properties, offices, as well as Age Care and NDIS support clients.
Work Arrangement Options
We offer two flexible engagement options:
- Short-Term (less than 6 months): Mostly one-off cleaning assignments, including large-scale jobs like End of Lease cleaning; flexible scheduling that allows you to work when you prefer. Unlike most competitors, we provide paid work for engagements under six months, avoiding cash-only jobs.
- Long-Term (6 months or more): Regular cleaning services with a predictable timetable; stable income to assist in financial planning; potential for pay increases based on excellent performance feedback.
Joining Incentives
Eligible candidates who apply and commence work before August 31, 2026, may receive a joining bonus up to $250. Details regarding eligibility and payment terms will be provided during recruitment.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum one year of experience in cleaning (residential, commercial, or hotel cleaning)
- Valid Australian work authorization (Visa, PR, or Citizenship)
- Possession of a driver's license and a personal vehicle
- Appropriate work rights documentation
- Australian Business Number (ABN) or Tax File Number (TFN)
- Current police clearance
- Own cleaning equipment kit
- Public Liability Insurance (can be obtained post-hiring)
