City Manager Hamburg

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze local key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools such as Tableau, Thoughtspot, and Looker, and develop strategies to enhance volume, conversion, deal rates, and market visibility.
• Collaborate with central teams to plan and execute local marketing campaigns, including content placement, direct mail deliveries, partner activations, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate local initiatives seamlessly with Account Management, Sales, and Logistics departments.
• Identify and nurture partnerships with key restaurants in Hamburg, with a focus on promoting local favorites.
• Represent local interests internally by communicating needs, prospects, and achievements during reviews and decision-making meetings.
• Build external networks and represent the company at events while contributing to public affairs efforts.

Requirements

• Deep familiarity with Hamburg and its local market dynamics.
• Strong data-driven approach with ability to interpret dashboards and KPIs to inform decisions.
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on operational execution, retaining effectiveness under pressure.
• Effective and respectful communication skills with partners and stakeholders.
• Experience in project management, marketing, business development, account management, or similar fields.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in gastronomy, digital platforms, or marketplace environments.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams or stakeholder relationships.
