Overview
Ultimate Peaks Talent & Strategy is hiring an experienced and visionary Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to lead the medical strategy and clinical operations for a prominent healthcare organization based in Jiddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia. The CMO is essential in maintaining top medical standards, elevating clinical excellence, and spearheading innovative patient care services.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and enforce clinical policies and protocols optimizing patient care quality and safety.
- Lead and mentor medical staff, encouraging ongoing professional growth and adherence to clinical best practices.
- Partner with executive teams to synchronize clinical projects with broader organizational objectives.
- Guarantee adherence to healthcare laws and accreditation requirements.
- Championship clinical research and the integration of cutting-edge medical technologies.
- Manage collaborations with external healthcare entities, regulatory authorities, and key stakeholders.
- Supervise clinical risk oversight and continuous quality enhancement initiatives.
Qualifications and Experience
- Possession of a medical degree (MD or equivalent) with board certification in an appropriate specialty.
- At least 12 years of clinical experience, including a minimum of 5 years in top-level medical leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in healthcare administration, clinical governance, and quality management.
- Comprehensive understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance, and accreditation standards.
- Strong leadership capabilities complemented by effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in strategic healthcare planning and operational execution.
- Capacity to drive innovation in clinical practices and nurture a collaborative culture.
