Chauffeur / Company Driver

Overview

We are seeking a dependable and professional Chauffeur / Company Driver based in Delhi NCR to provide safe and efficient vehicle transportation for company personnel and management. This full-time role demands punctuality, discretion, and readiness for both local and occasional outstation travel.

Key Duties

• Operate the company vehicle carefully and follow the assigned schedule diligently.
• Facilitate pick-up and drop-off services for authorized management and staff.
• Ensure timely arrival at all designated locations and maintain punctuality.
• Be willing to travel outside Delhi for business trips and occasionally stay overnight as required.
• Preserve strict confidentiality of travel information, including plans, destinations, conversations, and meetings encountered during duty.
• Maintain the cleanliness and operational condition of the company vehicle.
• Perform routine vehicle inspections covering fuel, tires, engine oil, and other essentials.
• Organize timely servicing, repair, and maintenance while promptly reporting any issues.
• Adhere rigorously to traffic regulations and keep all driving documents up-to-date and valid.
• Exhibit professional conduct and discretion at all times when accompanying company personnel.
• Assist with luggage, documents, or any travel-related tasks as needed.
• Keep detailed records of fuel consumption, toll charges, parking fees, and any vehicle-related expenses.
• Carry out any additional driving or travel duties as assigned by management.

Candidate Profile

• Possession of a valid Driving Licence with a clean driving record is mandatory.
• Previous experience as a company, personal driver, or chauffeur is preferred.
• Strong familiarity with highways, local routes, and good proficiency using navigation tools such as Google Maps.
• Willingness to undertake outstation travel and occasional overnight stays outside Delhi.
• Effective communication skills and professional demeanour.
• Dependable, punctual, and disciplined work ethic.
• High level of confidentiality and discretion concerning sensitive travel-related details.
• Capability to operate the vehicle with care and responsibility.
