Job Summary

We seek a dependable and compassionate Caretaker responsible for managing day-to-day care, safety, cleanliness, and basic upkeep of the premises and its residents.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety, comfort, and welfare of individuals and property assigned under care.
• Continuously observe the premises and report any irregularities or concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards within the designated areas.
• Support daily routines as needed.
• Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other relevant staff.
• Conduct basic maintenance tasks and promptly communicate any repair needs or damages.
• Keep accurate logs of visitors, supplies, incidents, and other pertinent activities.
• Verify that doors, lighting, equipment, and facilities are properly secured and functional.
• React suitably to emergencies, ensuring immediate notification to appropriate personnel.
• Carry out additional caretaker-related responsibilities as assigned by management.
