We are currently seeking career changers for the role of Specialist for Construction Site Safety (m/f/d) to join DB Fahrwegdienste GmbH at Göttingen.
Retraining Program Highlights

Key Responsibilities After Retraining
- Ensure the safety of personnel at track construction sites as part of a team.
- Warn workers on the tracks using various signals and modern warning systems about approaching trains.
- Implement safety regulations and instruct new security personnel at the sites.
- Communicate with different contacts to maintain smooth operations.
- Take independent responsibility for organizing and monitoring safety measures at construction locations.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum age of 18 with a secondary school certificate (Hauptschulabschluss).
- No prior experience required; you should be dependable and committed to ensuring safety.
- Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Effective communication skills in German, both spoken and written.
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and varying locations.
- Possession of a class B driver's license and own vehicle is advantageous but not mandatory.
Applications from already trained specialists in construction site safety, safety posts, or supervisory roles are also welcome.
