We are currently seeking career changers for the role of Specialist for Construction Site Safety (m/f/d) to join DB Fahrwegdienste GmbH at Göttingen.

Retraining Program Highlights

Key Responsibilities After Retraining

• Ensure the safety of personnel at track construction sites as part of a team.
• Warn workers on the tracks using various signals and modern warning systems about approaching trains.
• Implement safety regulations and instruct new security personnel at the sites.
• Communicate with different contacts to maintain smooth operations.
• Take independent responsibility for organizing and monitoring safety measures at construction locations.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum age of 18 with a secondary school certificate (Hauptschulabschluss).
• No prior experience required; you should be dependable and committed to ensuring safety.
• Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Effective communication skills in German, both spoken and written.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and varying locations.
• Possession of a class B driver's license and own vehicle is advantageous but not mandatory.
