Role Overview
This position involves collaboration across various business units to assess training requirements, develop and implement educational programs, and measure their effectiveness. You will establish onboarding and continuous skill development frameworks for all staff levels, while also delivering selected training sessions.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business teams to identify and address training necessities through structured programs.
- Maintain and update learning content to reflect operational changes and coordinate courseware creation.
- Manage the recruitment, development, and performance assessment of trainers.
- Design certification, role transition, and skill evaluation schemes, particularly focusing on management roles.
- Develop talent development plans and on-the-job evaluation tools to support growth.
- Organize employee engagement activities and recognition programs that promote positive workplace culture aligned with company values.
- Drive participation and improve certification success by developing learning pathways and instructor networks.
- Create benchmarking standards, collect and disseminate best practices, and lead skill competitions to advance industry expertise.
- Develop function-specific training and knowledge resources for areas like warehousing and reverse engineering, creating a reusable repository of operational knowledge.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, business, and algorithm teams to deliver customized analytics and dashboards that inform decisions and enhance operational performance.
