Job description
Job Overview
We are seeking dedicated cafe staff to join our team at Nothing Before Coffee, located opposite Tolankere Lake in Hubli, Karnataka. The role encompasses preparing a variety of hot and cold beverages including coffees, shakes, and mocktails, maintaining cleanliness, experimenting with new dishes, and ensuring food safety. You'll also be interacting with customers by taking orders and serving them.
Training and Compensation
A complete training program will be provided upon joining. The initial month will be classified as a training period where a salary of 12,000 INR will be paid. From the second month onwards, the monthly salary range is between 15,000 and 17,000 INR.
Additional Information
- Food and accommodation will be provided exclusively to candidates who are non-local.
- Candidates must be committed to working with NBC Hubballi for a minimum duration of 2 to 3 years.
