We are seeking a CAD Support Specialist to join our team at our Offenbach am Main location. Key Responsibilities

Handle support requests via a ticketing system, prioritizing queries based on urgency and impact, and ensure thorough follow-up.
Assist users with questions and problems related to CAD systems, especially Autodesk products in a BIM context, primarily AutoCAD and Revit, with potential exposure to PTC Creo and MicroStation.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues, developing appropriate solutions or consulting the team for complex cases.
Document solutions clearly and maintain and expand the knowledge base.
Prepare project and presentation materials for supervisors and business leadership.
Communicate appropriately and effectively with users.
Undergo a comprehensive 12-month onboarding comprising 6-9 months in the helpdesk focusing on CAD and support tickets and 6 months of CAD training alongside familiarization with different teams and locations.

Candidate Profile

Completed technical vocational training or degree in IT, ideally with CAD, 2D/3D design, or terrain modelling relations.
Solid expertise in AutoCAD and experience within a BIM environment.
Strong motivation to deepen CAD knowledge and develop professionally.
Structured, independent, and solution-focused working style.
Enjoyment in helping colleagues, analyzing issues, and providing sustainable resolutions.
Service-oriented mindset, patience, and adept communication skills.
Fluent German and good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time.
