Your Responsibilities
- Create 3D designs for conceptual, preliminary, and detailed execution plans, including assembly plans for media technology systems and developing functional schematics.
- Plan installation and operational spaces for generator systems and coordinate their distribution.
- Determine system dimensions and select suitable pumps and valves in collaboration with the responsible engineer.
- Design and coordinate a cross-disciplinary routing concept in cooperation with other technical building equipment (TGA) trades.
- Prepare quantity take-offs, parts lists, and billing lists.
- Conduct inquiries and technical clarifications with subcontractors and suppliers.
Your Profile
- Completed technician training in building services engineering (heating, cooling, sanitation) or qualification as a CAD designer/technical system planner with relevant professional experience.
- Experience in planning and implementation within technical building equipment in plant construction.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, MicroStation, TRICAD MS application, Solar Computer, Navis Works, and MS Office programs.
- Independent, organized, and goal-oriented work approach.
