Key Responsibilities

  • Drive continuous process improvements and administrative best practices.
  • Lead subcontracting efforts involving professional, technical, and major construction services.

  • Prepare contracts including bidder prequalification, proposal solicitation, evaluation, negotiation of terms and pricing, agreement finalization, and subcontract issuance.
  • Include necessary prime contract flow-downs in subcontracts where applicable.
  • Maintain an updated database of potential and qualified suppliers along with their performance track record.
  • Foster and maintain positive relationships with subcontractors, project teams, user departments, management, clients, and supporting organizations.
  • Provide mentorship and support to user departments and project teams.
  • Select products and negotiate purchasing terms such as pricing, margins, exclusivity, and delivery conditions.
  • Participate in buyer meetings virtually and in person.
  • Analyze cost history and trends for each product category to inform procurement decisions.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Possess 7 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
  • Graduate or postgraduate degree with experience in corporate sourcing and procurement.
  • Demonstrable skills in vendor management and negotiation.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving capabilities.

Technical Systems Skills
