Role Overview

As a Business Operations Analyst based in Sydney, you will collaborate directly with the COO to manage finance, cybersecurity operations, billing, and strategy execution. Your role involves transforming complex data, processes, and reports into clear, actionable insights for senior leaders. This multifaceted position requires proficiency in financial modelling, cybersecurity compliance monitoring, billing issue resolution, and preparing presentations for executive stakeholders. You will serve as the bridge connecting finance, operations, security, and other business functions to ensure smooth execution and alignment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development of financial models, forecasts, and variance analyses to guide decision-making.
