What you'll do

• Become a go-to expert on retail finance and credit-related data and business context.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to uncover needs, clarify pain points, frame the underlying problem, and deliver workable data-led solutions.
• Apply analytical methods such as user behavior analysis, funnel analysis, and A/B testing to identify business growth opportunities.
• Bring together information from multiple sources into unified dashboards, reports, and performance views.
• Collaborate with data engineering teams to organize, maintain, and improve data marts that can support scalable analytics products.
• Create and refine tools and workflows that improve operational efficiency using both conventional analytics and GenAI-based approaches.

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree or above in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Finance, Banking, or a closely related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in data analytics and data engineering.
• Strong working knowledge of SQL and Python; both are required.
• Hands-on experience with large structured datasets for reporting and advanced analysis.
• Prior exposure to end-to-end data tools and building data marts is strongly preferred.
• Solid understanding of GenAI tools and workflow development is an added advantage.
• Excellent critical-thinking ability and a structured approach to solving problems.
• Comfort working in a fast-moving environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
