Role Overview

JD Logistics seeks a strategic and seasoned Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth within Germany. The candidate must have substantial expertise in logistics and be proficient in German.

Key Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive market research to pinpoint growth prospects and analyze competitive dynamics within the German logistics sector.
Develop and execute plans to acquire new clients and broaden our customer network in Germany.
Build and maintain strategic collaborations with both local and global logistics partners.
Formulate and implement sales strategies aimed at meeting revenue goals and strengthening market presence.
Work collaboratively with operations and customer service teams to ensure excellent service quality.
Evaluate sales figures and market developments to improve strategies and provide progress updates to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Demonstrated success in business development positions within the logistics industry.
Deep familiarity with the German logistics market and relevant regulatory frameworks.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership capabilities.
Fluency in both German and English required; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related discipline.
