Job Overview

We are seeking a Business Developer to join our team in Mohali, working onsite in our Business Development department. This full-time role requires 2 to 4 years of relevant experience and involves a face-to-face interview process; no online interviews will be conducted.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Possess 2 to 4 years of experience in Business Development, IT Sales, online bidding, or lead generation.
Demonstrate practical experience with freelancing platforms such as Upwork and Fiverr. Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach and cold emailing is considered a valuable addition.
Have a solid understanding of lead generation, prospecting tactics, and overall business development strategies.
Exhibit excellent skills in proposal writing, capable of creating tailored and technically coherent proposals to meet client needs.
Maintain a good grasp of Web and Mobile Development, Website Design, UI/UX Design, and Digital Marketing concepts.
Show outstanding verbal and written communication abilities, negotiation skills, and client management experience.
Experience dealing with international clients is preferred.

Work Conditions

Work is based onsite in Mohali.
Employment is full-time with office attendance required.
Interviewing will be conducted strictly in person.
