Role Overview

We are seeking an engaged Business Analyst to lead the requirements analysis and specification efforts within our product delivery framework. This role transforms complex regulatory and technical objectives into clear, actionable specifications for developers and senior stakeholders, improving understanding across all parties.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from marketing, operations, and client groups
• Write detailed, build-ready user stories, tasks, bug reports, and investigative spikes with explicit acceptance criteria
• Define UI screens, components, and workflows according to the product design system; create wireframes and annotated specifications, and verify deliverables against them
• Analyze product data including user engagement, journey flows, conversion rates, drop-offs, and funnel metrics, converting insights into actionable recommendations
• Develop knowledge of healthcare operations and terminology, ensuring accurate regulated and patient-facing language in collaboration with clinical and billing teams
• Monitor progress, maintain up-to-date task lists, identify and escalate risks early, and assist with user acceptance testing, release preparation, and support ticket triage
• Keep all documentation and process diagrams current

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst working on software products
• Exceptional skill at conveying complex or technical content clearly and persuasively to senior, non-technical, and external audiences through both written and verbal communication
• Proficiency in preparing user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritizing backlogs using Agile project management tools such as Jira or Confluence
• Experience specifying UI elements that conform to a design system using tools like Figma
• Competence in product and funnel data analysis with clear reporting skills, familiarity with GA4 and advertising platform data; SQL knowledge is a plus
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder coordination spanning clinical, operational, and technical sectors
• Must hold Australian citizenship to meet client requirements

Preferred Experience

• Knowledge of Australian healthcare domain or a demonstrated ability to quickly master regulated sectors
• Experience using AI assistants such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot and sound judgment in verifying generated content
• Background in healthtech, telehealth, or other regulated industries
• Familiarity with no-code/low-code platforms (e.g., Lovable) and basic understanding of APIs and integrations
• Relevant certifications like CBAP, Agile, or Scrum methodologies
