About the Role
This position is for a BPO Telecaller in the banking sector focusing on domestic voice processes. Candidates will be responsible for contacting customers to generate personal loan leads and explaining loan offers and benefits clearly. The role requires effective communication skills in English and regional languages Tamil, Malayalam, or Kannada.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to identify and generate leads for personal loans.
- Communicate loan offers and their advantages to prospective clients.
- Assess customer eligibility and requirements efficiently.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Consistently strive to meet or surpass sales targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum education qualification: Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) or graduation.
- Open to both beginners and individuals with prior experience.
- Proficiency in English along with Tamil, Malayalam, or Kannada is mandatory.
- Versant V4 certification preferred; candidates with Malayalam or Kannada V3 certification are also eligible.
Shift and Work Schedule
- Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM.
- Weekly Off: Sundays fixed every week.
Salary and Compensation
- Tamil Process: Total CTC of ₹21,000 with a take-home pay of ₹15,978 plus incentives; Without PF, take-home is ₹18,000 plus incentives.
- Malayalam/Kannada Process: Total CTC of ₹22,000 with a take-home of ₹16,979 plus incentives; Without PF, take-home is ₹19,000 plus incentives.
