Role Overview

We are currently looking for a capable BIM Modeler specializing in Mechanical/MEP disciplines to join our BIM team remotely. This position involves close collaboration with our engineering personnel based in Saudi Arabia on a landmark project within the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and maintain comprehensive MEP models in Revit tailored for mechanical and HVAC systems.
• Produce coordinated shop drawings and manage clash-free models aligned with project standards and timelines.
• Conduct clash detection using Navisworks, identify conflicts, and implement resolutions.
• Collaborate extensively with architectural, structural, and electrical teams to ensure multi-disciplinary model integration.
• Extract quantities and prepare drawing deliverables adhering to project guidelines.
• Ensure models remain compliant with the project's BIM Execution Plan and Level of Detail (LOD) requirements.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with Revit MEP modeling focusing on mechanical/HVAC systems.
• Demonstrated experience in generating coordinated shop drawings and as-built documentation for large-scale commercial or industrial projects.
• Proficiency in Navisworks for effective clash detection and coordination of models.
• Understanding of BIM Execution Plans, LOD standards, and common data environments.
• Experience working on GCC regional or mega-projects is highly advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail coupled with clear and dependable communication skills in English.
• Highly self-motivated and capable of maintaining productivity in a remote work environment.
