Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize PDT and MMS systems to complete daily merchandising tasks efficiently.
• Manage product exit strategies and returns as instructed.
• Maintain expert knowledge of product inventory, proper placement, and monitor expiry dates within assigned categories.
• Ensure the store meets image standards and reflects current retail trends.
• Create consumer-centric product displays that encourage shopping engagement.
• Consistently achieve daily sales objectives.

Customer Interaction

• Present a clean, professional appearance adhering to uniform and dress standards.
• Proactively greet and support customers throughout the aisles.
• Possess knowledge of the cosmetics industry and products.
• Exemplify strong customer service skills in interactions.

General Duties

• Adhere to all applicable health and safety protocols.
• Comply with established store standards and loss prevention policies.
• Carry out additional duties as required by management.

Qualifications and Skills

• Demonstrated planning, sound judgment, and decision-making capabilities.

Compensation

The hourly wage ranges between $17.60 and $20.00, depending on candidates’ experience and regional factors. This is a newly created position. Artificial intelligence tools are utilized during the recruitment process for screening and selection purposes.
