About the team

The role

This position works closely with two experienced leaders and takes ownership of smaller implementation projects and system upgrades. If you enjoy solving problems and partnering with clients, this role gives you the opportunity to broaden your systems expertise, build project management capability, and become a trusted go-to person for practical support.

You will also have the chance to deepen your BAS knowledge by supporting the BAS team between projects.

About you

You are likely to succeed in this role if you enjoy accounting, are interested in systems, and like developing workable solutions that make life easier for both clients and colleagues.

What you will bring

• Hands-on experience with Xero and/or MYOB Business
• Background in implementing accounting systems
• Confidence in managing client questions and resolving issues
• Sound understanding of SME accounting workflows
• Exposure to add-ons and system integrations
• At least 2-3 years of experience in a BAS role with a systems emphasis
