Job Overview

Mezzanine Bar & Kitchen is hiring an energetic bartender to deliver a memorable beverage service experience for guests. The role calls for someone who can prepare both classic and inventive drinks while consistently meeting customer expectations.

Core Duties

• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks for bar and restaurant guests.
• Engage with patrons, take their orders, and serve snacks along with beverages.
• Understand customer preferences and suggest suitable drinks or menu options.
• Mix ingredients and craft cocktails with accuracy and consistency.
• Assist in planning and presenting the bar menu.
• Verify customer identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
• Maintain stock levels by replenishing bar inventory and supplies as needed.
• Keep the experience guest-centered and contribute to a high standard of service.
• Follow all applicable food and beverage rules and safety requirements.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience, supported by a resume and proven work history.
• Strong knowledge of drink mixing, garnishing, and beverage presentation.
• Basic computer skills.
• Positive, service-oriented attitude with strong communication abilities.
• Ability to keep the bar area tidy, organized, properly stocked, and clean.
