About Pastreez
Pastreez is an emerging art café and pastry shop located in Bahria Town Phase 4, Rawalpindi. We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Barista to become part of our team.
Role Overview
As a Barista, your responsibilities will include preparing and serving coffee and chiller beverages by following Pastreez's established recipes and quality standards. You will interact with customers to guide them through the menu and make recommendations. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and equipment is essential, as well as ensuring efficient order processing during busy periods.
Key Duties
- Prepare hot and cold coffee beverages following Pastreez standards.
- Craft chillers and other café drinks.
- Acquire thorough knowledge of the Pastreez menu to confidently assist customers.
- Provide drink suggestions tailored to customer preferences.
- Deliver warm and friendly customer service.
- Maintain uniformity in drink flavor, presentation, and quality.
- Ensure that the coffee bar, tools, and workspace remain tidy and orderly.
- Manage order flow effectively during peak times.
- Collaborate closely with café and kitchen staff.
- Adhere to hygiene and food safety protocols.
Qualifications and Attributes
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Enthusiasm for coffee and eagerness to learn barista skills.
- Positive, energetic, and accountable approach to work.
- Capability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong teamwork and effective time management.
- Previous experience in a café or as a barista is advantageous but not obligatory.
