Role Overview
99Crews works with agencies, SaaS businesses, service providers, and other B2B brands to create qualified sales meetings through outbound efforts built around cold email, LinkedIn, and intent-led prospecting. This opening is for an experienced appointment setter who can spark meaningful conversations with decision-makers, not just send mass outreach.
The ideal candidate knows how to spot buying intent, craft relevant messages, respond to objections naturally, and reliably convert prospects into qualified meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Run LinkedIn outreach campaigns aimed at founders, CMOs, sales leaders, agency owners, and senior decision-makers in enterprises.
- Help maintain client satisfaction by consistently delivering 15 to 20 strong-quality appointments each month.
- Tailor outreach using signals such as industry, company activity, hiring patterns, funding updates, technology stack, and market changes.
- Write messages that feel conversational, relevant, and non-pushy.
- Screen prospects and schedule meetings for the internal sales team.
- Manage timely follow-ups across several touchpoints to keep conversations moving.
- Keep the CRM updated and monitor outreach results closely.
- Collaborate with strategy and campaign teams to improve response rates and conversions.
Requirements
- Hands-on background in B2B appointment setting, lead generation, or outbound sales.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn outreach and current outbound prospecting methods.
- Ability to write short, persuasive messages and follow-up sequences.
- Experience reaching out to agencies, SaaS firms, enterprise companies, or other B2B service businesses.
- Comfortable handling objections and keeping conversations natural.
- Self-motivated, structured, and focused on outcomes.
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Instantly, HubSpot, Clay, or similar platforms is an advantage.
