Job description
Role Summary
We are seeking a Mortgage Executive to oversee the complete processing of Australian home loan applications for our offshore lending operations team. The candidate will prepare, lodge, and manage loan files for Australian mortgage brokers and lenders using popular aggregator and CRM platforms while aligning with Australian business hours.
Core Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit home loan applications on aggregator tools like Mercury, MyCRM, and Salestrekker.
- Evaluate client documentation such as payslips, bank statements, identification, and tax returns for completeness and accuracy according to lender requirements.
- Coordinate with Australian brokers, lenders, and clients by phone and email to advance application status.
- Conduct follow-ups with lenders regarding application progress, conditional approvals, and settlement conditions.
- Maintain comprehensive, current records within aggregator and CRM systems throughout the lending process.
- Ensure all documentation complies with applicable Australian lending compliance standards, notably the NCCP Act.
- Collaborate with valuers, solicitors, and conveyancers as necessary to facilitate loan settlements.
- Provide timely and professional responses to queries from clients and brokers.
Requirements
- Minimum of two years’ experience in Australian mortgage processing within broking, banking, or BPO sectors.
- Familiarity with aggregator platforms such as Mercury, MyCRM, Salestrekker, or equivalents.
- Understanding of Australian lending documentation and home loan application procedures.
- Proficient English communication skills, both written and oral.
- Preparedness to work shifts aligned with Australian business hours (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Graduate degree in any field; candidates with finance or commerce backgrounds preferred.
Additional Information
Work Mode: Work-from-home during Australian business hours.
Salary Expectation: Between 25000 and 45000, contingent on experience and interview outcome.
