Role Overview
As an Audit & Assurance Associate, you will learn and demonstrate essential skills in conducting audits and risk assessments aligned with stakeholder expectations. You will gain hands-on experience applying relevant accounting standards, risk identification techniques, and delivering quality audit outputs adhering to global methodologies and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and prioritize audit and risk advisory tasks based on specific stakeholder needs.
- Apply knowledge of accounting standards to perform thorough risk assessment procedures that identify potential material misstatements.
- Ensure high-quality audits are conducted utilizing global audit imperatives, methodologies, tools, and guidance.
- Make informed judgments and provide clear, timely audit conclusions and deliverables.
- Comply entirely with auditing standards, applicable laws (including local regulations), ethical practices, independence criteria, and the firm's quality control processes.

Qualifications & Eligibility
- A degree in accounting, auditing, or related discipline.
- Previous relevant experience such as internships or part-time roles in similar fields.
- Proven leadership, problem-solving abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong multitasking skills and ability to prioritize assignments effectively.
- Capability to work autonomously and collaboratively with professionals across varying seniority.
- Fluent English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking; bilingual candidates with Arabic and English will be preferred.
