Role Overview
We are seeking an Associate Manager for Talent Acquisition & HR Operations to join Give's People team. This fully remote position involves managing the entire recruitment lifecycle along with HR operations responsibilities. As an integral part of the team, you will collaborate closely with hiring managers across departments to attract exceptional talent, steer hiring processes, and oversee smooth HR operations throughout employees' tenure. Ideal candidates are highly organized, proactive, and effective in virtual collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complete recruitment processes for business and support functions.
- Engage with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and creative channels.
- Evaluate applications, conduct preliminary interviews, coordinate online interviews, and manage candidate experiences through offer stages.
- Develop and sustain talent pipelines for present and future hiring demands.
- Manage offer negotiations, pre-joining engagement, and onboard new hires effectively.
- Monitor and report hiring metrics such as time-to-fill, source success, and offer acceptance ratios.
- Contribute to employer branding efforts to fortify Give's image as a preferred employer.
- Coordinate virtual onboarding and exit processes ensuring seamless employee experiences.
- Maintain confidential employee records and HR documentation with utmost accuracy.
- Collaborate with payroll, finance, IT, and operational teams to support employee lifecycle activities.
- Draft employment letters and other HR correspondences.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement events, reward initiatives, and culture enhancement programs.
- Ensure HR compliance with company policies and relevant labor laws.
- Generate HR reports, manage dashboards, and facilitate audits as required.
- Identify and implement process improvements through technology and automation.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Human Resources with a focus on Talent Acquisition and HR Operations.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage full-cycle recruitment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with an aptitude for virtual relationship building.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities.
- High attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace applications, especially Sheets/Excel.
- Preferred: MBA or PGDM in Human Resources or a related qualification.
- Experience in startups, tech firms, or social impact sectors is advantageous.
