About the Team
The CEO's Office team collaborates directly with the CEO to advance crucial organizational priorities. They handle significant strategic projects alongside routine execution to ensure progress and completion. Their responsibilities encompass stakeholder management, comprehensive project ownership from planning to implementation, requiring a blend of strategic insight, meticulous execution, and keen attention to details.
About the Role
As part of the CEO's Office, you will blend strategy, execution, and organizational coordination. You will partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership to steer vital cross-functional initiatives that need precise coordination, structured analysis, and comprehensive management of special projects. Success in this role depends on your ability to clarify ambiguity, streamline decision-making across stakeholders, and maintain momentum for critical initiatives across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead organization-wide projects that span multiple teams, managing stakeholders to reach decisions and ensure alignment.
- Prioritize initiatives based on CEO directives, highlighting areas that demand executive attention.
- Oversee communications and scheduling between major business units and the CEO.
- Decompose complex challenges and devise durable solutions through collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
- Develop and update project plans, run review sessions, and report progress and risks to the CEO.
- Promote and execute efforts to enhance the CEO Office team's effectiveness.
- Guide teams to meet deadlines while serving as a strategic advisor to the CEO across various projects.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Graduate from premier engineering or business management institutes seeking careers in general or program management.
- One to four years of experience within top consulting firms, rapidly growing startups, or tech/consumer-focused enterprises.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities coupled with high empathy.
- Strong business acumen and customer-first mindset.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and proactive problem-solving capabilities.
- Comfort with ambiguity and unstructured problem statements, able to think creatively.
- Advanced analytical skills and meticulous in detail orientation.
- Proficiency with data analysis, dashboards, and expert use of Excel or Google Sheets.
