Roles and Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized medical oncology services including thorough diagnosis, individualized treatment strategies, and ongoing management for various cancers.
• Administer chemotherapy protocols and closely observe patient therapeutic responses to optimize care.
• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary medical teams to formulate and coordinate patient care plans, particularly for those involving oncological or hematological interventions.
• Continuously update knowledge with the latest oncology research and clinical innovations ensuring treatment decisions are aligned with current evidence-based practices.
• Engage actively in quality improvement programs aimed at enhancing clinical outcomes and refining hospital procedures.

Candidate Profile

• Possesses a DM or DrNB degree in Medical Oncology from an accredited institution.
• Brings between 6 to 11 years of experience in a senior academic role such as Associate Professor or Professor within a medical oncology department.
