Key Responsibilities

The role involves building new business in international markets such as the USA, Australia, Canada, and other regions. It also includes managing the full export sales cycle, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in overseas markets, especially the USA, Australia, Canada, and similar regions.
• Handle the end-to-end export sales workflow, including enquiries, orders, documentation, tenders, and MIS reporting.
• Create and sustain strong relationships with important international clients.
• Contribute to new product development and tailor solutions to customer needs.
• Build leads, track global market movements, and prepare commercial proposals.
• Keep the sales pipeline active and work toward business development goals.
• Share periodic updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market intelligence with management.
• Work with internal functions to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Track payment follow-ups and manage related commercial coordination.
• Attend customer meetings, exhibitions, and business travel assignments whenever needed.

Candidate Profile

The company is looking for a commercially aware, self-driven professional with strong international B2B sales capability and the ability to work both independently and across teams.

• Strong background in international business development and B2B selling.
• Understanding of export paperwork and international trade procedures.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to establish and manage long-term customer partnerships.
• Good commercial judgment and market analysis skills.
• Comfortable using MS Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, along with CRM or MIS systems.
• Proactive, goal-focused, and self-motivated approach.
• Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Valid U.S. business visa (B1/B2) preferred, or the ability to obtain one for customer visits and business development.

Eligibility
