Role Overview

Based in Riyadh, this full-time onsite Assistant Manager role supports local leadership in managing daily store operations. The position involves supervising business unit performance encompassing sales efforts, customer service excellence, and product displays consistent with the brand's premium identity. Key responsibilities include organizing employee schedules, facilitating team growth, overseeing inventory control, and ensuring compliance with company standards. The Assistant Manager will also be involved in generating reports, monitoring performance indicators, and collaborating with various departments to execute marketing and operational strategies. Qualifications

• Proven leadership and team management abilities to effectively support daily tasks and staff coordination.
