Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a district, directly supervising all Store Managers within your area.
• Create a positive, motivated workplace and foster effective teamwork.
• Coach, develop, and support Store Managers in your district to enhance performance.
• Analyze stock movements to optimize inventory management.
• Coordinate district visits collaboratively with the Sales Operations Director.
• Conduct regular cash management audits to ensure financial accuracy.
• Provide analysis and feedback to support district-related projects.
• Oversee store refurbishments, new openings, and re-openings within your district.
• Develop and implement annual business plans tailored to your district’s needs.
• Plan key performance indicators and organize appropriate staffing structures for stores.
• Drive the execution of company strategies within your district.
• Prepare for and actively participate in Area Manager meetings.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess or anticipate obtaining a minimum 2.1 degree in any discipline, or have at least three years of management experience.
• Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, planning, and analytical abilities.
• Hold a valid full driving license.
• Be organized, adaptable, driven, and an effective leader.
• Have past experience thriving in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
• Proven track record of motivating and guiding teams successfully.
• Demonstrate keen interest in building a long-term career within retail.
• Experience overseeing multiple sites as an Area Manager is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

• Starting salary for Trainee Area Manager at €78,000 per annum.
• Salary progression ranging up to €121,000 after three years, with €89,500 as intermediate pay.
