Architect LPH 3–6 (m/f/d)

About the Role

Are you passionate about high-quality architecture and eager to implement demanding projects with excellence? We are currently looking for architects (m/f/d) at our Cologne office to manage substantial public sector construction projects during phases 3 to 6 of service delivery.

Key Qualifications

• Completed studies in architecture combined with several years of professional experience in the relevant LPH phases.
• A quality-focused, organized, and autonomous approach to work complemented by a collaborative and dialogue-driven mentality.
• Confident proficiency with REVIT, MS Office, as well as expert knowledge of the applicable public construction law regulations and HOAI.
• An openness to further professional development in subsequent service phases (optional).
• A strong design sensibility and the ability to communicate conceptual ideas clearly and convincingly.
