Responsibilities

• Deliver tailored, high-quality lessons adapted to individual student learning needs.
• Employ varied instructional techniques and digital resources to foster an engaging and supportive virtual classroom environment.
• Evaluate student progress, provide personalized feedback, and modify teaching approaches to maximize learning outcomes.
• Plan and communicate detailed course schedules including session content and assessment dates.
• Conduct professional and interactive live online sessions using educational technology tools.
• Assign relevant homework, create and administer assessments, and give constructive feedback to promote student improvement.
• Create educational materials such as tests and exams to enrich the academy's resource collection.
• Effectively manage the online classroom platform, Canvas, ensuring assignments and assessments are well-organized and accessible.

Requirements

• At least five years of school teaching experience (tutoring experience excluded).
• Bachelor’s degree or higher qualification in the subject area to be taught.
• Excellent communication abilities for effective interaction with students, parents, and staff.
• Comfortable using online teaching platforms and passionate about progressive education approaches.
• Strong knowledge of AP and US Diploma curricula.
