Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial evaluations of acquisition and development opportunities using Excel-based financial models including cash flow and sensitivity analyses.
• Support acquisition processes through document management, interpretation of lending paperwork, legal agreements, and validation of underwriting details.
• Carry out market research and assess development proposals to guide investment choices and assist in underwriting both acquisition and development projects.
• Oversee internal data metrics and monitor team performance.
• Prepare presentation decks and proposal documentation.
• Engage actively in development project management covering feasibility studies, approvals, financing, design, contractor engagement, and construction oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in real estate, finance, economics, business, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• At least one year of professional experience relevant to real estate, consulting, or financial analysis/modeling roles.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative capabilities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
