Candidate Eligibility

• Minimum of 4 years engaged in professional sports or athletics.
• Must have ceased professional sports activities no earlier than 12 months before the program starts, or been in full-time education or out of workforce during that time.
• Eligible to work in Germany without sponsorship.
• Fluency in English (C1 level or above) both spoken and written.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• Demonstrated ability to solve problems and deliver results in fast-moving, high-energy environments.
• Comfort with ambiguity and driving change without clear guidelines.
• Strong strategic and tactical thinking with meticulous attention to detail across multiple projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.
• Fluency in German language, both written and spoken.
