Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI-powered applications and services in production environments.
• Create scalable backend solutions primarily using Python.
• Design, build, and maintain cloud-native systems leveraging AWS services.
• Operate and manage containerized workloads within Kubernetes ecosystems.
• Collaborate with engineering peers, product teams, and business stakeholders to deliver practical AI use cases.
• Participate in the design and continuous improvement of internal platforms and tools.
• Translate complex business challenges into technical solutions combining software engineering and AI methodologies.
• Drive enhancements in engineering practices, development tools, and delivery processes.

Candidate Profile

• Strong foundation in software engineering, particularly backend development.
• Hands-on experience building Python applications in commercial settings.
• Working knowledge of AWS infrastructure including computing, storage, and networking fundamentals.
• Experience with Kubernetes or other containerized deployment environments.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts or prior involvement in creating AI-enabled features such as large language models, automation, or data-driven systems.
• Capability to adapt and perform in environments with evolving or loosely defined requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on practical and scalable delivery.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
