Job description
About English Path and the Role
English Path is an expanding global institution specializing in English language education and university pathways, operating campuses and learning centers across multiple continents including the Middle East. The Admissions and Progression Officer position at the Riyadh campus involves managing the full admissions cycle for university pathway programs and supporting students throughout their application and university progression journeys. This role works closely with local and central admissions teams to ensure a seamless, high-quality experience for students.
Key Duties
- Respond to student and agent inquiries, providing detailed program guidance.
- Review and verify application documents, assessing eligibility.
- Make admission decisions within delegated authority.
- Inform applicants of key application deadlines and milestones.
- Stay updated on visa regulations and prepare guidance for students.
- Maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports on admissions metrics to aid management decisions.
- Advise students about university progression options and assist with applications.
- Support students with visa and accommodation processes.
- Coordinate with pathway and university partners as needed.
- Assist the Global Head of Admissions during peak periods.
Qualifications and Experience
- Fluent English and proficient Arabic communication skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience in higher education admissions or recruitment roles.
- Background in international or cross-cultural business environments.
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to multitask and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Proven teamwork skills and collaborative work ethic.
- High attention to detail and conscientious work approach.
- Willingness to receive and apply professional feedback.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365: Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Preferred: experience supporting international student applications and visa processes.
- Familiarity with student management or CRM systems advantageous.
- Experience living, studying, or working outside Saudi Arabia is a plus.
