About Hair Restoration Blackrock (HRBR)
Located in Samson House, Blackrock, County Dublin, HRBR is a specialist clinic dedicated to delivering world-class care to patients facing hair loss. Our multidisciplinary team comprises surgeons, doctors, nurses, technicians, and administrative staff who collaboratively uphold the highest standards in patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors warmly upon arrival
- Handle incoming telephone and email communications efficiently
- Coordinate scheduling for clinic, surgical, and nursing appointments
- Prepare patient notes, relevant documentation, and informative packs
- Manage invoicing, receipt processing, and patient payment transactions
- Keep patient records accurate and perform timely data entry
- Assist in maintaining patient welfare and ensure smooth daily clinic operations
- Provide broad administrative support across the HRBR team
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Keen attention to detail combined with a professional, warm, and discreet demeanor towards patients
- Prior experience in administrative roles, reception, or within healthcare settings is advantageous
Terms and Conditions
- Work location: Samson House, Blackrock, County Dublin
- Working days and hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, including a one-hour lunch break
- Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience
