Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with senior management on various accounting and office duties.
- Utilize TALLY ERP software for sales, purchases, and related accounting activities.
- Perform bank and account reconciliations accurately to ensure financial integrity.
- Maintain and update sale-purchase records alongside debit and credit note vouchers.
- Manage GST related accounting within Tally ERP.
- Handle full maintenance of books of accounts.
- Process monthly payroll and TDS calculations responsibly.
- Generate sales quotations using Tally ERP.
- Oversee vendor interactions and manage payable and receivable accounts.
