About the Role
An Accountant position is open based in Chandigarh, requiring 1 to 3 years of relevant experience. Candidates should preferably hold a B.Com or M.Com degree.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling daily accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Entering sales, purchase, and expense transactions accurately.
- Performing bank reconciliations and maintaining ledgers.
- Managing GST, TDS, and fundamental taxation duties.
- Preparing invoices and following up on payments.
- Generating monthly MIS and financial reports.
- Ensuring proper maintenance of accounting records.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in Tally or Busy accounting software.
- Competent in MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of GST and TDS regulations.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
