Account Manager

Role Overview

As a Field Account Manager at Safetykleen, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer experiences and aiding clients in maximizing the advantages of Safetykleen's products and services. You will oversee and expand a portfolio of about 70 existing accounts across the Midlands region, focusing on growth, improving client productivity, supporting sustainability goals, and providing proactive and strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic management of accounts to anticipate customer needs, ensure consistent service, maintain strong client retention, and foster long-term partnerships.
• Develop and implement account strategies aimed at increasing profitable revenue streams, driving upselling and cross-selling, and establishing Safetykleen as the preferred partner.
• Build trusted relationships with both operational teams and senior decision-makers, including directors, delivering customized, value-driven solutions to secure long-term contracts and renewals.
• Take ownership of performance results by striving to meet and exceed sales targets, analyzing account data for insights, and leveraging these to uncover new growth opportunities.

Benefits and Compensation

• First-year base salary ranging from 35,000 to 40,000 with first-year on-target earnings (OTE) of 60,000. In the second year, OTE ranges from 80,000 to 100,000 with uncapped commission.
