Role Overview
As an Account Executive, you will connect with organizations, spark interest in GoodHabitz, and bring its value proposition to life through persuasive storytelling and well-delivered presentations. You will use modern lead generation methods, both online and offline, and work with data and sales intelligence tools to keep your pipeline healthy and active. Success in this role means consistently exceeding targets and treating selling as a competitive, results-driven challenge.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new leads, then convert them into paying customers.
- Maintain a steady and well-managed sales pipeline.
- Speak with prospects, meet them in person or virtually, and deliver compelling presentations about GoodHabitz and its learning approach.
- Advise organizations on how to use GoodHabitz effectively within their teams.
- Win prospective clients over through enthusiasm, strong communication, and a consultative approach.
- Use online and offline prospecting methods, along with sales and data tools, to support pipeline growth.
- Work toward and consistently surpass commercial targets.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales.
- A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Comfort and confidence in selling, along with the ability to close prospects effectively.
- Native-level German and excellent written and spoken English.
- Existing connections in HR or Learning & Development, ideally within SME and larger organizations.
- Experience selling SaaS, IT, education, or online learning solutions is preferred.
- A digital mindset, with the ability to engage clients both online and offline.
- Strong customer orientation, proactivity, critical thinking, and an innovative approach.
- Good communication skills, a structured working style, and the ability to work in an agile environment.
- A positive, optimistic attitude that helps create a motivating atmosphere.
