Key Responsibilities

• Convert inquiries into confirmed admissions, meeting set monthly enrollment targets.
• Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system regularly to track lead progress and communications.
• Collaborate closely with the admissions team to ensure seamless enrollment processes.
