Role Overview

Key Duties and Responsibilities

- Manage inventory levels by tracking supplies and reporting shortages promptly.

- Develop initial cake design concepts, including sketches or mockups, for client approval.
- Decorate cakes and pastries utilizing diverse tools and decorative ingredients.
- Prepare cake bases, including batters, fillings, and icings, necessary for cake assembly.
- Sculpt cakes into elaborate shapes and artistic forms.
- Coordinate with chefs, bakers, and team members to ensure top quality and appealing presentation.
- Order supplies and oversee tool and ingredient stock levels.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and working areas.
